1.2 The website management reserves the right to update the terms at any time without prior

2. Purchase Terms
2.1 Purchases are permitted for adults (18+) only.
2.2 All prices on the website include VAT unless stated otherwise.
2.3 Payment is accepted via PayPal, credit card or Bit only.
2.4 Stock is limited. Each item is available for purchase while supplies last.
3. Cancellation and Return Policy

3.1 Order Cancellation:
• Orders can be canceled within 14 days of receiving the product or order confirmation,
whichever is later.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via the website contact form or by

3.2 Refunds:
• If cancellation is not due to a defect or error on our part, a refund will be given minus a
cancellation fee of up to 5% of the order value or 100 NIS – whichever is lower.
• Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging.
3.3 Exchanges:
• Items can only be exchanged if damaged or defective.
• A photo and description of the issue must be sent within 5 days of receipt.
• If approved, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost, subject to stock availability.
3.4 Non-Cancellable Products:
• Customized products made per customer request.
• Products that were opened or used.
• Perishable items or digital content that has been delivered.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 Atlas & Ink does not ship internationally at the moment.
4.2 Delivery times vary by destination, and we cannot guarantee a specific delivery timeframe.
4.3 Delays caused by external factors (postal service, customs, courier delays, etc.) are beyond
our control.
